Article 1 – Purpose and scope
These rules are established in accordance with articles L.6352-3 and R.6352-1 et seq. of the French Labour Code. They apply to anyone taking part in a training action organised by Navalior Education (the “participant”), in person or remotely, for the whole duration of the training.
Article 2 – Health and safety
Each participant complies with the health and safety instructions displayed on the premises and those given by the trainer. When training takes place on the premises of a company or partner, that site's safety rules apply. Alcoholic drinks and illicit substances are prohibited. Any accident, however minor, must be reported to the trainer immediately.
Article 3 – Schedule, attendance and punctuality
Schedules are set in the invitation or agreement and must be respected. Any foreseeable absence or delay is reported as early as possible to contact@navalior.com. An attendance sheet, on paper or digital, is signed for each half-day.
Article 4 – Conduct and respect
Participants behave respectfully towards other participants, trainers and staff. Any discriminatory, abusive, harassing or violent language or behaviour is prohibited. Mobile phone use during sessions is limited to educational needs.
Article 5 – Remote training
In video sessions, participants connect from a quiet place with suitable equipment and follow the tool's usage instructions. Recording, capturing or sharing sessions and materials is prohibited without the prior written consent of Navalior Education and the people concerned. Platform access credentials are personal and must not be shared.
Article 6 – Equipment and teaching materials
Participants use the equipment provided solely for educational purposes and look after it. Materials supplied are protected by copyright and reserved for the participant's personal use.
Article 7 – Sanctions
Any breach of these rules may result, depending on its seriousness, in a warning, a reprimand, or a temporary or permanent exclusion from the training (Labour Code, article R.6352-3). No sanction may be imposed without informing the participant of the complaints against them.
Article 8 – Disciplinary procedure
Where a sanction that could affect the participant's place in the training is envisaged, they are invited to an interview, with the purpose stated, and may be assisted by a person of their choice, participant or staff member. Any sanction is notified in writing with reasons. Where a third party funds the training, it is informed of the sanction (Labour Code, articles R.6352-4 to R.6352-8).
Article 9 – Participant representation
For training exceeding 500 hours, representatives are elected as provided in articles R.6352-9 et seq. of the Labour Code.
Article 10 – Publicity
These rules are given or made available to each participant before final registration, and are available on this site.
