Data controller
Navalior Education, a subsidiary of Navalior Group, 4 impasse des Chalets, 69007 Lyon, France. Contact: contact@navalior.com
Data collected
When you use our contact or application form, we collect the data you voluntarily enter: name, organisation, email, phone number and the content of your message. If you book a meeting through our dedicated page, the information sent to our scheduling tool (Calendly) is used to organise the meeting. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we only collect your email address. No other personal data is collected on this site.
Purpose and legal basis
Contact form data is used to respond to your request, on the basis of your explicit consent. Your newsletter email is used to send you our news, on the basis of your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request and is then deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law or a commercial or educational relationship continues.
Recipients and hosting
Your data is only accessible to the Navalior Education and Navalior Group teams. The site is hosted and technically processed by Netlify, Inc. (United States). Meeting bookings are managed by Calendly. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising cookies or analytics. The booking calendar (Calendly) is loaded only at your request. Details: cookie policy.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers (Netlify, Calendly) are based in the United States. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards: the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the provider's participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Minors
In France, a minor under 15 cannot consent alone to the processing of their data: the consent of the holder of parental authority is required. If a parent or guardian contacts us for a minor, we keep only the data needed for the service.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to set instructions for your data after your death. To exercise these rights, write to contact@navalior.com; we reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested where there is reasonable doubt.
You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or, if you live outside France, with your country's data protection authority (for example ARTCI in Côte d'Ivoire, CDP in Senegal or CNDP in Morocco).
