How we match you with a mentor
We never match at random. Each learner is paired with a mentor from our network, chosen for their background and knowledge of the same type of project.
- 1Initial conversation. A Navalior Education advisor takes the time to understand your situation, your project and your priorities.
- 2Choosing your mentor. We identify, within our network, the most relevant person for your sector, your profile and your objectives.
- 3Introduction. You talk directly with your mentor, at a pace agreed together, according to your availability.
- 4Follow-up. Navalior Education remains available throughout the mentoring to adjust the pairing if needed.
