In the interest of transparency, Navalior Education publishes the results indicators for its training actions. They are calculated from the evaluations gathered at the end of each programme.

Method
Evaluations are gathered through an immediate questionnaire at the end of each training, then a follow-up survey where planned. Complaints received are handled under the procedure described on the Complaints and mediation page.
