The rise of e-learning platforms has changed the game for access to training across the French-speaking world. In many French-speaking African countries, in-person professional training remains unevenly distributed, often concentrated in major cities. Distance learning makes it possible to overcome this geographical constraint.
For companies operating in several French-speaking countries, e-learning also offers an operational advantage: standardising training across dispersed teams, without multiplying trainer travel or the associated logistics costs. Video sessions, complemented by a self-paced learning platform, make it possible to train teams in Lyon, Abidjan or Dakar to the same standard.
This trend does not mean the end of in-person training, which remains valuable for certain formats: practical workshops, role-plays or individual coaching. The challenge is rather to build blended pathways that combine the flexibility of distance learning with the richness of in-person sessions, as needed.
This is the approach Navalior Education follows, with pathways available in person and remotely, complemented by an e-learning platform, for learners and companies in France and across the French-speaking world.
